Our School
Founded in 2001, Encounter Lutheran College is situated adjacent to Adelaide Road, at the entrance to Victor Harbor on the beautiful Fleurieu Peninsula. Encounter Lutheran is an independent co-educational college currently providing quality education from Early Years through to Year 7. Our college is founded on the principles of the Lutheran faith, as taught by the Lutheran Church of Australia.
Junior School
As students begin their primary schooling at Encounter Lutheran College, they enter a new and exciting world of discovery.
With a focus on Literacy and Numeracy in the early years, teaching and support staff provide the time, direction and guidance to open doors to learning.
Middle School
The Middle Years is a significant phase of personal, social and intellectual growth. It is a time when students are recognising and shaping their identities, building relationships in the immediate community of their peers and finding their place in the wider world.
Senior School Approved
In 2012 we will be extending the Middle Years to include Year 8 and each subsequent year we will be adding another Year to reach Year 12 in 2016. This is an exciting time for Encounter as we expand to reflect the growth along the Southern Fleurieu.
