As the end of Term One approaches, I can’t help but reflect back on the busy but wonderfully
exciting first term I have had at Encounter Lutheran College. Thank you so much to the students, families and staff who have made me feel truly welcome and supported. I am really enjoying learning all about Encounter and the people who make it so special.
Growing up in the Adelaide Hills on our family farm, introduced me to the pleasures of the great outdoors. I love to travel, camp, play netball and enjoy good food and produce. I still live in the Adelaide Hills with my partner Gareth and dog Guinness.
I have been teaching for nearly 10 years and have taught students from Foundation to Year 12.
For the last 8 years, I worked at Unity College Spring Head which was also a Lutheran IB school just like Encounter, only smaller. I look forward to meeting more members of our community and sharing many more fun Encounter experiences with you all.
