Absentee Form

Parents/Carers are requested to inform the College before 9.00am when their child is absent for the day or will be arriving late. This can be actioned by completing the form below. This form can also be completed on the Encounter App.

If a student requires an extended absence during term time for reasons of travel, medical etc, written confirmation is required to be sent to the applicable Head of School for authorisation.
