Welcome to Encounter, where our College family enjoys an innovative learning environment and an inviting sense of community.

Being part of the Encounter Lutheran family is an enormous privilege. I have the pleasure of working alongside passionate, dedicated staff and partnering with loving families who want the best for their children.

Working at Encounter allows me the joy of connecting with young people each and every day. From little people beginning their learning journey to young adults pursuing exciting opportunities and futures, it is the energy and enthusiasm of our students that brings me the greatest joy. The best part of my job is welcoming kids to school each morning, joining school camps or wandering the yard on a sunny day seeing smiles, hearing stories or watching students connect and play. Encounter is a wonderful place to be and I hope it might become that for your child too.

I strongly believe young people are at their very best when they feel supported, loved and have a strong sense of who they are. Being a Christian school of the Lutheran Church of Australia, we believe all people are created by God for an amazing purpose in life. It gives us the greatest sense of fulfilment when we help young people identify their talents and passions and to see what lights a fire in their hearts and minds.
