Jamieson Ultra 2026
Kurt Hahn (founder of Outward Bound and the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award) famously coined the phrase “Plus Est En Vous”… there's more in you than you think.
The Jamieson Ultra is an annual event challenging resilience and perseverance, with all participants setting their own goals to the question “How far can you run in 6 hours?”
The Ultra is a timed cross-country running event on Wurar-Ruwi, where students endeavour to run as many 2-kilometre laps as possible in 6 hours. This event will be held on Friday 21 August 2026 and is open to students in Years 5-12.

Students participating in the run should meet at the start/finish line 8.30am (and do not need to go class first) .
