One of the great strengths of Encounter Lutheran College education is our commitment to learning beyond the classroom. Outdoor education provides students with opportunities to develop resilience, independence, teamwork, leadership and a deeper understanding of themselves and those around them. While academic achievement remains central to our purpose, experiences in the outdoors allow students to grow in ways that cannot always be measured by a test or assessment.
Encounter Lutheran College acknowledges the Ramindjeri people of the Ngarrindjeri Country as the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we live, work and learn. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging.
